Urgent: CAn I apply for hsmp if I have an approval already

Hi Gurus,

I have hsmp approval valid till 17th Mar. But I do not have a descent record shown in my last six months bank statement.

And am 29 by 7th Mar

So can I apply for hsmp again before 7th Mar?
