PBS Dependent visa online application prior to marriage

Hi,

I am currently working as a Tier 2 migrant in the UK. I am planning to get my wife here as a PBS dependent.
I have 2 queries for the same:

1. The category that I believe I need to apply under is, Visa Type: Tier 2 (General) Visa ; Visa Sub Type: General Partner upto 3 years. Is this correct?

2. Can we submit just the online application prior to the date of the marriage i.e we will not have any marriage photos, cards etc or any evidence at the time of the online application AND then submit the documents after marriage?

2 the form may ask u for marriage dates and details.. which i guess cant be inserted in future. If i were u, i wont do that, as during the application u are implying u are married when u are not. IMO
