Question About Tier 2 RLMT Exemption

Post by s0vvyblu3s » Thu Sep 07, 2017 6:38 am

Hi Guys,

I am sorry if this is a repetitive post but I have a doubt that I would like cleared. I finished my MBA in UK in February and I moved back to India in April, 2017. My Tier 4 visa expired in June, 2017. Now, my question is am I still exempt from the Resident Labor Market Test since I acquired a degree from a recognized UK University?

Any help would be highly appreciated. Thanks. :)

No.
to be exempt from rlmt, u would have needed to apply for a tier 2 visa within uk before your student visa expired.
now u will need rlmt, restricted cos.
