ECAA2 Turkish self-employed Visa

Hello,
I have a question regarding to ECAA2 Turkish self-emoloyed visa. Currently I am a undergraduate last year student and I will finish my studies in July 2018. I would like to know if I can apply ECAA2 Turkish self-employed visa now, September 2017, and still continue to study Full time till June 2018? I would like to finish uni as soon as possible and I scare that I can’t study full time in university under ECAA2 Turkish Visa. Can we engage full time study with ECAA2 Turkish visa?
