regarding dependant visa for my second wife

hi
i am a male british citizen and i have been divorced with two kids below 18 years of age not staying with me.
I have been officially divorced in 2016 november and done with full and final financial settlement of my kids from the previous marraige. However i got married in august 2017 and want to apply for a UK dependant visa for my new wife. Is it possible for me to get a dependant visa for her? and what are the prerequisites or formalities that i should look into related to my previous divorce?
Kindly guide me.
