Express Entry-Education and work experience different track

hi
my wife's education is on Bachelor of Telecommunication and she recently has completed her MBA majoring in Marketing. She has been working as a kindergarten teacher for more than three years. My question is-
1. Does she get point for work experience for express entry? ( i am confused coz her education and work experience are different track)
2. if the answer is 'no' then pls let me suggest which program will appropriate for her?
