Tier 2 (General - extensions - ISC liable) VS Tier 2 (General - extensions - ISC exempt)

Post by nagarjuna04 » Sat Sep 09, 2017 11:59 am

HI Guys,

Can anybody give me advice on below.. Thanks In Advance.

My current employer's sponsorship licence expired recently, and my VISA curtailed (letter yet to receive). My employer immediately made a new application and licence approved.

While creating a COS, we have a little confusion over Tier 2 Sub-category. Can someone me idea on What sub category I need to choose out of below two and also give some explanation.

1. Tier 2 (General - extensions - ISC liable)
2. Tier 2 (General - extensions - ISC exempt)

Thanks In Advance.
