spouse visa curtailed

If I am married to a UK citizen with a kid and not divorce but my spouse visa is curtailed by wife without my knowledge because I was schooling in a foreign country and I was sent back at the port of entering what other visa based on my child can I apply for to see my child regularly if she leaves with my wife
