Hi dears. Am in uk living abot 6 years. m married with tomanian eu national I applied my permanent residence card but it's refused i appeal against the decision but still in proccess hearing date in court. I got 1 child. We married in uk in 2016. We still living together. I haven't granted yet permanent residence card case in in court. My periviouse status was asylum seeker I haven't granted asylum it was refused and i withdraw my asylum application and apply permanent residence card. I granted full time work allow amd am doing work aswell now. Now i have emergency and have a olan to travel Pakistan but i have no visa from pakistan inhave to apply family permit. My wife also living in uk from last 6 years. Need full details how i can apply family permit how many chances to get and what's situation bhc. How long they will take for decision. Explain please if u need more information ask me please thank you.
