[Need good solicitor] Applying for ILR (10 employee basis) from Window

Post by aizazali » Sun Sep 10, 2017 10:58 am

Hi,

A brief overview, to clarify what kind of experience a solicitor that we are looking for should have.

Overview:
1. I am on Tier 1 [Ent] Visa with my business partner who have invested £200,000 (£100,000 each) in our business in UK.
2. We have created 10 employments as well.
3. our Visa expiry date is in Aug 2018.

Solicitor requirement:
We want to consult with a solicitor who have experience in dealing with similar sort of visa situations. As we want to review our business and employee details.

Request:
Please suggest any solicitors that you may know who have experience in dealing with similar sort of applications.

Thank you

Please don't send me PMs asking for immigration advice on posts that are on the open forum. If I haven't responded there, it's because I don't have the answer. I'm a moderator, not a legal professional.
