English B1 life skills

Hi,

I am applying for Tier2 general visa.
I have all the neccessary documents and CoS certificate.
Olny thing is that I have passed the B1 life skills test not the whole UKVI general.

So is it possible to applly by having only the B1 life skills score?

Is this IELTS cover all four module speaking, listening, Reading and writing ?
