Tier 4 Dependant When to Apply

Hi,
Can I know when can the Tier 4 Dependent make an application?
For ex: I'm submitting my tier-4 general application (docs to vfs) on Oct 15,2017. When can my dependent (spouse) apply in this case?
Does he have to wait till I arrive in the U.K?

Ok so, we have to make 2 different applications:
Tier 4 general and
Tier 4 dependent (different application)

Is this 2 applications anyway linked when submitting it to the vfs? I had a look that tier 4 general visa has a section, where we tell if we are bringing any dependents to the U.K?

It sounds like you need proper one-to-one advice about your application. Advise you contact VFS direct, or the international student adviser at your university.
