Notice of removal

Post by 321panchetta » Sun Sep 10, 2017 6:46 pm

Hi all I made an application based on a durable relationship with my partner of eea member state in 2015 which was refused mainly because we haven't lived together for 2years when application was received.

My appeal was dismissed 4days before hearing in feb 2017 and I had to make a new application in may 2017.

All required documents were provided for ho including our now 3years tenancy agreement, bc of our daughter who is now 2years old and every other docs one could think of.

My worry now is our solicitor suggest we get married ( which we explained our intent to but when this immigration situation is sorted) we gave a notice at our local registry in early July and until now I have only received a notice of removal from Sheffield casework centre.

Our solicitor said not to worry that he has writing to notify ho of my new application and that I wont be getting such letter again until a decision is made.

55th day now and still no correspondence from ho as to if marriage can take place or it would investigate us.

Apologies for the lengthy post as i don't even know what to write down but every advice would be gladly appreciated.

His all would anyone pls advice on why HO has decided to delay my marriage notice referral by living me in limbo on awaiting decision of application and not no regards to extending notice of marriage to 28days nor 70.

I'm not looking for pity but for someone's brain to pick

Thank you

If your application already with HO your and your decided to married that's not a issue at all .

Some time they come on the day marriage to take a interview but if your application already with HO you will be fine.

Thank you @Jay.ho so you mean ho is aware of our intent to get married but somehow decide not to respond at all?

If I may, Do you think they will put the welfare of my partner who is the only one working endless hours to keep us going and obviously our child should be at the centre of decision making?

Thanks again jay

Yes your right HO aware about your marriage and as I said before if your application already with HO you will be fine ...

Ho will not reply if there are pending application.
And if your application is pending sometime they will come on the day of marriage but very rear case ..
