Using money in bank account during 28 days

Hello, am I allowed to spend some of the money in my bank account during the 28 days as long as I don't dip below the required amount?

I've had the money for a while now. And I spent about a £100, but I'm sill not below the amount they asked for. So it should be fine right?

It is your money. You can spend any of it, or even all of it. I think you have misunderstood the requirement that the money should "remain available" but this recent blog post explains it:
