Hello, I need your suggestion and advice guys, I'm Filipino married in British guy. We married in philippines legally coz I'm Muslim and we had MC from NSO already , but the time we married he is on divorcing process and now he is already divorced and we planning to apply a spouse visa for me to come U.K, my question is out MC date of married is sept 24 2016 and his divorce is June 2017 is that ok to apply an visa for spouse? Pls help

Not it's not!

Your marriage won't be recognised under British law as your partner wasn't divorced (with a divorce decree absolute) when the second marriage ceremony took place. In the circumstances, a Spouse Settlement visa application will be refused.

The previous advice for other members who have found themselves in this situation, is to apply for a fiance visa and marry in the UK.
