Dear members
My wife just had an email from the uk visa and immigration about a visa refusal
My wife and I from Algeria we recently got married ... but I was married before in 2008 with an English woman and we got divorced after few years the marriage took place in Algeria and we had a divorce paper here in uk but Still I had to do it back home as well to get married .
The email was saying :
The decision
I have refused your application for a visit visa because I am not satisfied that you meet the requirements of paragraph(s) V4.2 of Appendix V: Immigration Rules for visitors because
You state that you wish to visit the UK for 29 days to visit your spouse xxxxxxxxx and also for research with regards to jobs.
In order to assess your application I have to take into account your personal and economic circumstances. It is your responsibility to satisfy me that your circumstances are such that if granted leave to enter, you will comply with all of the conditions attached to any such leave and that you will leave the UK on completion of the proposed visit.
Our records show that your spouse was issued a visa in 2009 as the spouse ofxxxxxxxx. Therefore, without evidence of a divorce certificate I am not satisfied that you are married as claimed. Therefore, this casts doubts on your application as whole in wanting to come to the UK.
You state that you are employed as a xxxxxx on a monthly income of 65,000DZD (£447) and have provided an employment letter and payslips is support of your application. You further state that you have 226000DZD (£1555) available for your trip, however your bank statement shows a balance of 85,315DZD (£587). Furthermore, you have submitted a bank
UNCLASSIFIED
document demonstrating a transfer of 1800€ however the origin of this is not demonstrated and I am therefore not satisfied that these funds are available for your exclusive use. I am therefore not satisfied that you have the money you state to be necessary for this trip.
Given the above, on the evidence before me and on the balance of probabilities, I am not satisfied that you have accurately presented your circumstances or intentions in wishing to enter the United Kingdom. This means that I am not satisfied that you will leave the United Kingdom at the end of your visit, nor am I satisfied that you will not live in the United Kingdom for extended periods or make the United Kingdom your main home. Paragraph V4.2 (a) (b) of Appendix V of the Immigration Rules
My question is if I provide a divorce document and I will say that I will sponsor my wife for the visit period and show my pay slips and bank statement and reapply again do you think we will have a chance or it's going to be the same like the first one because we are married that she will stay
I do t know how to convince them I'm planning for a spouse visa but not yet I'm missing some documents .please any comments are welcome thanks in advance .
