I came UK on study visa in 2006 which expired in 2010.Due to personal circumstances I overstayed from 2010 to 2013 in 2013 I left UK ( left UK myself and bought my own ticket).
in 2014 i married with a British citizen and I enter in the UK again on Family Permit In July 2015 after doing SS Route in Ireland.I got UKRC in Feb 2016 which is valid till 2021.
Is there anyway Can I apply PR before 2021 as i lived in UK 7 years in past.

Unfortunately no.
You must complete 5 years from when you re entered uk as an eea fm.
