Need advice on what visa to go for

Post by Novauk » Tue Sep 12, 2017 4:52 am

Hi there guys,
I want my new wife to join me in UK from China, she is five months pregnant, and i am very worried that we dont have time to apply for spouse visa. This is the question should we apply for spouse visa and risk that she wont be able to fly and would have to go though process for child again.
Or should we try go for family visit visa so we can be together and what are the chances she would get the visa?
I would appreciate some advice on this. thank you

Spouse visa.

Visit visa? Zero. Plus the birth would have to be paid for privately and can run into several thousands of pounds.

Basically the presumption if the intent to bypass the immigration rules hence firstly the no-switching rule and now the almost automatic denial of such applications.
