Changing employers on Tier 2

Post by madz88 » Wed Sep 13, 2017 8:35 am

Hi,

I've currently got an application in process (I have my appointment next week) but I am starting to worry that I have been given the wrong type of CoS.

I am currently on a Tier 2 General visa sponsored by my current company. The application is using a restricted CoS from my new sponsor. The new role salary is £38K (no not high earner), I am not on the shortage list however I am essentially 'extending' my visa.

Does anyone know if this will be ok or if I need an unrestricted CoS instead?

Thanks!

What you need is unrestricted CoS
