Self employed - Contracts

Post by Andi4 » Wed Sep 13, 2017 5:49 pm

Hi I'm currently in the process of a spouse visa for my wife.

I'm applying on the self employed route I'm a chauffeur and the company I drive for makes us agree to a new contract every 3 months through our driver portal online.

Should I print this contract out and is 3 months contract seemed as not good for Home Office I've been with the same company for 5 years. I'm not sure if I need to add the contracts and if every 3 month contract is good enough for them. I meet the minimum income required.

Help is highly appreciated

I may be wrong on this, but I would try to get a letter from the company, stating how long you have worked for them and if they can mention anything in the way of wages, that would help.
