Help - Filling FLR-M form

Hi there,
My wife and I are having a bit of confusion when filling in the FLR-M form and we are wondering if we could ask here for some clarification? This is our first FLR-M following her initial entry on a fiancé visa back in June.
1.We are confused re: the financial requirement section. To explain, my current annual salary is £24,552. This has been in place since 1st April 2017. However, as we are applying next week, my first payslip is from March and it shows my previous salary (£23,339), the remaining 5 payslips have my current salary. Both of these exceed the requirement and I have been with the same employer since 2014, so we are applying under category A I think.
So for question 7.3, I am indicating “income from salaried employment, category A”. Where it asks for my current annual salary - do I put my up to date salary or the lower one as they will calculate that we meet the requirement based on that?
Similarly, in 7.3A (iii) “Have you/your sponsor been in employment with the same employer and earning the amount specified in (xiv) below continuously for 6 months prior to the date of the application? (category A)” - Do I just say “yes” or do I have to explain my pay rise in April? The letter from my employer notes both salaries, the first from January to March and the current from April to now, however I don’t have the letter from March stating that I’m getting a pay rise effective April 1st.
And 7.3A (xiii) “(xiv) What is your/your sponsor’s annual income from your or their current employment before tax (£)?” – My current salary or previous lower salary?
2.In Section 8 – English Language Requirement. My wife sat IELTS Life Skills A1 in October 2016 and we are re-submitting this certificate for this application.
For question 8.4 we don’t know which number to put, as we aren’t sure what the “SELT reference number” is. There are 2 numbers on her certificate – a UKVI number, and a test profile number. Both are different. Does anyone know which it is?
Also, underneath that it asks “if you are relying on an English language test which was accepted with your previous partner or parent application, provide details below of the test taken” and the list is “Cambridge English, City& Guilds, Pearson, Trinity College”. We are relying on a test used with a previous application, but I don’t believe any of them are correct? There is a stamp on her certificate that says “Cambridge English” but it is a IELTS Life Skills test so we are pretty confused by this section.
