I need help to decide the application date

Dear Gurus,

My visa issued date on 11/03/2015 , Expiry date 11/07/2018
My entry date 12/04/2015

My wife's visa issue date on 27/05/2015 , Expiry date 11/07/2018
Her entry date on 27/06/2015

I need your advise about the suitable date I should apply to ensure that my wife apply for ILR with me in the future.

The date in which potentially both of you will be eligible for ILR under Tier 1E route will be 01/06/2020.
This is based on an assumption that you both apply in-time for a successful extension and have valid leave until you reach the date above
