NHS Fee overpaid!!

Hi
we have recently applied for tier 4 visa to do MSc within UK and paid around 222GBP as oppose to 150GBP. I have checked the rates on Oanda and we have overpaid by some 80gbp. I have asked the question from ukbanationalityenquiries@ukba.gsi.gov.uk but have not received any replies..

please advise.. thanks.

Hi,
I paid the same amount as well (306 usd). When I searched about it online, it seems that the extra money is for the extra 3 months (or so) your are allowed to spend in the UK after your course end date.
