ILR Qualifying Period Start Date

Hi all,

Can anyone please help me with calculating the start date for my qualifying period for ILR?

My details are:
Tier 2 visa issued on 12 Dec 2012 (applied from within the UK)
Work started on 07 Jan 2013

Assuming 5 year qualifying period, am I eligible for ILR 28 days before 12 Dec 2017 or 07 Jan 2018?

Its start from T2 issue date so you can apply 28 days before 12th December 2017
