Failed asylum seeker - kindly advise

Post by Torus2017 » Sat Sep 16, 2017 7:55 pm

Good evening everyone
I'm a failed asylum seeker. Got a dismiss in the First tribunal, tried to apply an appeal and it got rejected by the first tribunal. Now I have applied for a second appeal to the upper tribunal and still awaiting the permission to appeal. People are saying after the first tribunal rejection, it is rarely that the asylum seeker get a refugee status. The problem is that I'm qualified to work here, and now I'm wasting all my days waiting for s response and I know in the end there is a high chance of rejection..

I have came to the country on a family visit visa. The question here if I leave the country now will I be able to re-enter on a family visit visa? or do you think it's going to be refused for the reason that I tried to claim asylum previously or overstayed on my previous family visit visa??

Another question, if I leave the country, would I be able to return to the country on a work visa "tier 2"? theres a job offer in London, and the employer is offering me a tier 2 visa. If I leave the country do you think I can obtain the work visa? or its going to be refused for the reason of previous overstaying/asylum seeking?

I do really appreciate your advises. I'm still young and feeling empty and hopeless...

Chance of getting work visa is very slim, as you have claimed asylum they are would be worried that you wont return
