Self employed and 2 months abroad

Hi All,

I am new to this forum, I need some help,
I retained my right of residence following divorce and I want to visit my home country for 2 months,
1.I drive a taxi and I am self employed , if I go abroad for two months ,
will it break the continuity of treaty right by not working for 2 months ?
2.Will I have any trouble on the port and if IO says I haven't done any work as I drive Taxi and you did not excercise your treaty right while you was away?
3.Should I buy CSI and then go?
