TIER 4 VISA bank account issue and usa f-1 visa refused

hello everyone,

Am a 27 year old syrian living and studying in turkey/istanbul, i applied for my tier 4 visa and i have some questions. i have done my interview and now waiting for my answers.
i believe that i will have a second interview as am sure the 1st one was not enough to know important details about me.
1) when i submitted my fathers bank account with 80k dollars in it, my grandmother is with my dad in this joint saving account and provided 2 consent letters from my dad and my grandmother. would this be an issue that could reflect negativity on my visa decision

2) i graduated from high school in 2008 and decided to help with my dad in his business, i decided to continue my studies in 2015 and traveled to turkey to apply for F-1 visa to usa, but unfortunately i got rejected twice in 1 week time reason was no strong ties to home country. i believe i was wrong to make my aunt who lives in usa to be my sponsor as its not a money issue but i thought it would be better if they see i have an american sponsor. i then decided to apply for uni's in istanbul but unfortunately i was late and missed a year, i waited to the next fall to apply and i did . now i finished 1st year in english uni in istanbul, and decided to stop my studies here and move to the UK. WILL this rejection for F-1 visa effect my visa to the UK?

Yes. Appendix C paragraph 1A(k) requires that

(k) If the applicant wishes to rely on a joint account as evidence of available funds, the applicant ... must be named on the account as one of the account holders.

2) ... WILL this rejection for F-1 visa effect my visa to the UK?

Not in itself, but it may factor in to your credibility. But you have a bigger problem anyway with the joint account.

i received my 40 points but was rejected because am not a genuine student .
i will apply for admin review as my visa got refused, my course has an intake in January. if its successful will i need a new cas? and if not will i be applying again for a visa and go through the whole process again (and might be rejected again)? thanks
