tier 1 entrepreneur visa process

i'm bit confused about that i can able to switch directly from student visa to tier 1 entrepreneur visa or is there any process to switch?

Read the Tier 1 guidance.
There is very nice table in there - Table A.1 - Options for migrants switching into the Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) route My previous
Basically, to switch from T4 to T1, you need to have one of the following:
- £50,000 from a Seed Fund
- £50,000 from a Government Dept
