Section 5 - Your home and finances

Post by shanky » Sat Sep 16, 2017 2:35 pm

I'm on Tier 1 Ent Extension 50K applying for ILR

In set o form Section 5 - Your home and finances

Is it compulsory to provide a personal bank statement or simply sending 3 months' payslip will be enough? My bank statement balance is in overdraft will that be an issue?

Thanks

Regards

Hey

I'm on Tier 1 Ent Extension 50K applying for ILR

In Set O form Section 5- Your home and finances is it compulsory to provide a personal bank statement as evidence ? or simply sending 3 months' payslip will be enough?

1- My bank statement balance is in overdraft for last 3 months will that be an issue? Though I have never used any public funds no benefits.
2- I have another bank account where I have maintained 90 days balance of £1100 will that help?

Thanks

Regards
