tier 4 dependent living cost

hello friends
How much is the maintenance [living costs] fee to show in bank statement, outside london? is it to show upto 9 months or as much as valid visa of tier 4 student?
i mean if tier 4 student has 16 months visa and if dependent apply, then is the maintenance fee to show for 9 months or 16 months?

See Immigration Rules Appendix E: maintenance (funds) for the family of Relevant Points Based System Migrants, paragraph ba(i):

(ba) (i) Where the application is connected to a Tier 4 (General) Student,
...
(2) if the Tier 4 (General) Student is not studying in London ..., there must be £680 in funds for each month for which the applicant would, if successful, be granted leave ..., up to a maximum of nine months,
