I still dont get the employee counting thing?

If I had a part time employee in a Marketing Role - for 3 years - does that count as 1 full time employee?

Or

Do I need to add part timers in 12 month period to make a Role Full Time?

I am assuming you applied post April 2014.

No

Yes, all part timers need to be employed for 12 months to be added up to make a full time role
