I applied eea pr after 5 years stay as eea family member I am working . my wife working as self employed but she use invoices as her record money not going to her account as she get cash ,so they refused our application 2 times now we proces applied against the decision .but we have all her ni contribution record she paid all the time last 5 to 6 years .can u give me advice

Her annual self-assessment tax returns for each of the 5 years? I believe that even HMRC would expect her to have bank statements showing deposits to support her invoiced income.

even though she has evidence of her clients letters and invoices as proof and she has her own life insuarence plus I am working my wages come to account I have pay slips as well,so tell me apply again or wait for appeal date

Your earnings are irrelevant to your application for PR as this is based on the self-employment income (in this case) on the EEA national sponsor (your wife).

If she has not submitted self-assessment tax returns to HMRC during the 5 year qualifying period, both a new application and an appeal stands to fail.

is she registered as self employed? has she got a UTR number?
