FLR(O) or FLR(FP) for DL extension [6 years to ILR route]

I was granted my visa on grounds of leave outside immigration rules for 3yrs. My partner is british and so is my daughter. We all live together as a family.

I am about to apply for an extension for my visa. Which form do I use pls is it Frl (fp) or frl (o)

If it is DLR extension then FLR(O)
