Resident permit

Hi. I applied for 5yearscresident permit on 7 April. In June I gave fingerprints. On 25 August I got letter from HO.. Documents and passport are returned but not decision letter. Only photos didn't returned. How long it takes to get other letter or I need contact HO?

Hello,
they usually return all documents along with the decision letter
If you are from EEA area why did you have to sibmit biometrics?
