Anyone used Premium Upgrade Service

Hi All,

I have applied for my ILR on 01/08/17 ( due to some date issues couldnt apply PEO) and havent heard anything. Got letter to do biometrics on 09/08/17 which I did on 11/08/17.

My job requires travel and this wait is causing serious problems and huge amount of stress and anxiety to me personally. So much so I am not able to focus on anything and constantly jittery.

Send email for Premium Upgrade Service at 7:59:30 yesterday and 8:01 today but didnt get any response.

Has anyone used this service recently?

applied for ILR 10 year bases on 05/04/17
