My visa expired on end of next month, can I travel to back home

My visa is going to expired on next month.30th oct.i came to my home country in emergency.i am planning to go back on of this month.i wanted to know that there will be any problems from broader control to enter to uk.

if your UNI didn't inform to UKVI that you already left country and your course completed so you can go back yeah otherwise no.

If your course has now finished, that is a bad idea to try to re-enter the UK on your Tier 4 visa. I strongly advise you make the new Tier 4 application in your home country.
