Hi group,

I came to UK on student visa in september 2009 worked with psw visa till 2012 and been under work permit visa from jan2013. I have visa till March 2019. As my eligibility for ilr is on Jan 2018 but i do not meet the salary criteria with current employer. If I change my employer and meet the salary requirement after Jan 2018 will I be able to apply directly for ILR without changing my sponsor visa.

Are there any other routes to apply for ilr in my case.

You have to make a change of employment application before you can switch to a new employer.
