Switching from Tier 4 to Tier 2 General

Hi,

I have Tier 4 student Visa, and I want to switch to Tier 2 general visa under a sponsorship of a company. My Tier 4 visa is valid until 11, November 2017. Please can I have answers for the following questions

1) The degree certificate or the result of my master study will be available at the end of November 2017 which is is after expiry of my current visa(11/11/2017). I know that the certificate or a letter of successfully passing the course is mandatory for the switching. any solution?

2)What is the last date that can I apply for Tier 2 online if my current tier 4 visa valid until 11, November 2017?

3) What is the maximum allowed number of days (duration) for sending the supporting document with printed application by post after submitting online application?
