Hello my name is waeil and recently i applied for the tier 4 visa to study at a college in september and i have submitted my visa application along with my passport and on the 13th of september ive received my passport back with a refusal letter stating that my visa got refused under paragraph 320 7A which is for not disclosing of failing to disclose that i had previously applied for a tourist visa back in 2013 when i was 17 that was rejected due to missing documents.
Basically, back in 2013 when i was 17 my father was going on a business trip to the UK and he wanted to take me with him as a surprise so he applied for my visa on my behalf while i was busy at school and i was not aware that he has done it and just recently when i applied myself thro an agency for my tier 4 visa to study at a college in london i did not mention that i had previously applied for a visa tjat was rejected because i was not aware of it and i had mention all of my previous visa stamps in my old passports for the last 10 years and i thought my application was perfect because i prepared all my documents for the application such as a bank statement showing my financials and highschool diploma and transcrip and ilets. When i recieved my refusal letyer, the clearance officer wrote that he believes that i had intentionally chose not to disclose my previous refusal for thinking it would affect my application and he wrote that my refusal letter that paragraph 320 7A applies for my application and that any futur application may be considered under paragraph 320 7b which leads to an automatic refusal for the next ten years so basically a ban. When i spoke to the head of the vfs center ( the center for applying for the visa and collecting my passport ) she told me that my mistake was common and that students had actually been in worse cases such as not disclosing previous criminal convections.. she told me that i would need a new CAS letter and an apology letter needs to be writen by me explaining myself for the unintentional mistake that i made. She also mentioned that my refusal letter says that any futur application MAY be considered under 320 7b which means the immigration officer is not obligated to make that choice but has the option to if not satisfied with my apology or if i had made another mistake. Now since i was reufsed twice am worried that i will be refused again but i can apply still, i had obtained another CAS letter from a different college for january 2018 and i would be applying for the visa soon so i can have it before my start datez do you have any advice on what to do i this situation to avoid a refusal and what can i do that might fix my issue or get me out of trouble cuz i realllly care about studying and i really dont want to study anywhere else for the UK is my dream place to study.
Thank you verry much for reading my article and helping me with your comments. Any suggestion might help.

There is a chance:
Paragraph 320(7B) does not apply:
In addition, you must not refuse entry clearance under paragraph
320(7B) if:
they used false documents or made false representations in a previous visa or leave to enter or remain application, but the applicant was not aware that the documents or representations were false
–
this only applies if the applicant can prove they were unaware of the deception

how can i prove i was not aware of the deception ? i made the application myself and when asked about other visa stamps from my last 10 years i asked my mother to write for me all the stamps i had and she made a list of all the countries ive travelled to in the last ten years with all the visa stamps in my old passports even the unused ones and in the refusal letter the officer states that he believes i intentionally withheld such information that might harm my visa application and he noted the reason why he thinks so is because i listed all the other visa stamps. i swear i did not even go through all the pages in my passports, ive just went through the pages that had a visa stamp ( sticker ) and left all of the other stumps that shows entry and after receiving the refusal letter for the tier 4 i went to my mom and asked her for my old passport and went through all the pages and noticed that on the last page on my passport just at the end there was an ink stamp that says ukvi riyadh (the name of my capital city with the embassy ) and a number but nothing more, not even a refused stamp and i swear it was so unnoticeable because it was on the last page and the closest stamp to it ink or sticker was pages away and that might actually be the reason why it was never noticed. what should i say ? please help

I’m in a similar situation. Everyone is telling me different things. Please let me know if you learn anything regarding reapplying. I heard that for false docs they need to see the provider of the false docs admit that it was their fault or get caught if it was a scam. I’m no lawyer but that’s just what I read somewhere. They are really really strict and I’m sorry this happened to you. You’re not alone.
