Greek - Ukrainian Couple (Married) EEA Family permit UK

Hi All,
I am a Greek living in UK the past 5 years. My wife is Ukrainian nationality and we lived together for around 6 months in UK (under a 6- months Study visa which I was sponsor), we respect the visa terms and we have travelled to Ukraine and this July we got married.

We are in the process of applying for EEA Family Permit for her to come and stay with me in UK and I have some questions please:

1) I have seen in the VAF5 application form that they ask for
-> How long do you intend to stay in the UK?
-> On which date will you leave the UK?
I would like to ask :
(a) if I can leave that blank since it is a bit obvious that she will stay permanent in UK as long as I lstay in UK.
(b) If I put a date less than 6 months does she needs proof of a return ticket?
(c) If she stay above 6 months period she will be as "Overstayed"?

2) I am renting a flat and I have 6 months contract and at the end of the 6 months contract the tenancy auto updates every month. Currently i am in the auto-update with one month notice if I want or they want to leave the flat. I will possibly change city moving to a new job so I will have to rent a new flat . I would like to ask if this will cause any issues? If you thing YES , do you thing a letter explaining the situation will help?

3) I have Greek Passport and Greek National ID. When she will apply does she need a Certified copy of my passport or just a copy of passport and my original National ID to hand in?
