Can Spouse Visa holders also do Business

I hold a Spouse Visa to accompany wife who is in the UK Armed Forces and I would like to run a small business here in the UK. I would like to know if my Visa allows me to do business as well. I will appreciate any advise or feedback. Thank you.

Yes a spouse visa allows you business or work.
