Biometric card for non eu spouse

Hi,I just want to ask someone that i applied resident card for my wife(non EU) .After 5 months HO sent our passport and all original documents with decision letter saying that we will receive our biometric card within 10 days but today one month passed card hasn't arrived.what we can do?.How many days we have to wait? I am an EU citizen.
