Tier 2 ICT dependent visa extension

My husband recently got ILR (via 5 year stay with Tier 2 ICT visa) and i am still a TIER 2 ICT dependent. My Visa expires in next year June. It would be great if some one can answer my below queries,

1) I understand from other's query that i can stay till my current t2ICT visa expires. But my question is 'Can i extend my visa now?'

2) Should i extend my visa as PBS dependent? Please guide me to right application form?

3) If i extend my visa a PBS dependent as it is now then should i need to pay NHS extra charge?

4) Should i take English language test for my visa extension?

5) Approximately, how much it is going to cost for my next extension?

Hi Moderator,

I am currently on TIER-2 ICT dependent visa and My husband got ILR (via TIER 2 ICT 5 years stay) recently.
Please clarify my doubt as it would be very helpful to proceed,

1. Can I go for Tier 2 ICT dependent extension? If so, should I pay IHS charges for this?

2. Please let me know if I can extend my TIER-2 ICT dependent visa now (8 months early before expires) as I'm planning to go out of the country next year?
