Applying for passport replacement

Post by ansianya » Fri Sep 22, 2017 9:25 am

Hi There,

Sorry for the posting in wrong thread!!!!

I’m a holding the British passport since 2012…. it's damaged. So if I apply replacement passport... how many years of validity passport I will get?

Me new passport will be valid until 2022 or 2027 ?

Your advise much appreciated.

Thanks
Anya

To my knowledge passports issued to adults are always for 10 years (and five years for children).

That's what I mean - for the full fee I would certainly expect so.
