Questions regarding new Tier2 General visa

Hi All,

Thanks all for valuable inputs/helps. This site really helps a lot.

I am in India and got an offer and in the process of applying COS and subsequently T2G visa for me and my family. Just have two basic questions.

1. Is there any waiting period once I land in UK to change employer? Can I change the employer within 2-3 months of my first entry?

2. If I change employer, which I think means new T2G visa again, do my dependents also need to go through the new visa process?
