Query regarding Schengen Visa

Dear all

I am from India, currently in U.K., for a business visit. I have a valid schengen visa (multiple entries) for Greece for 90 days. However, I completed my trip to Greece last week and entered U.K. back. Now, if I want to plan a day trip to Paris, can I visit there with my valid Greece Schengen visa? Or do I have to apply for a fresh French visa again? Kindly advise. Thank you.
