Tier 2 ict dependent

Hi,i am planning to apply teir2 ict dependent visa this week. My husband has travelled to uk last week and has nt opened any bank account yet. How can i produce 3 months bank statement,is it mandatory or sponsor letter from A rated sponser is enough??
