Clarification needed

Hi guys,

Really hoping someone could provide me clarification on my matter. I'm a EEA family member and my visa is based on the same, I was married to a German national in the UK in March'14 and have been married for more than 3 years and we both have been living together in London. 2 months back my wife decided to move out and now we are filling for divorce which is in process and I have the documents to prove we were living together however, she refused to provide her payslip to prove that she has been working in this country where she has been employed with the same company since last 4 years.

Now, I'm just concerned whether the home office will consider the reality that she's actually working in the UK as I only have her NI number as she refused to provide her payslips and P60, and they can check with HMRC and I shouldn't have any problems with extending my visa post divorce.

Request someone to help on my matter please.
