Hello all and thanks to anyone who can offer any help.
1. I came into the UK in around 2006 on a student visa valid until 2010
2. I got an extension until july 2010
3. i applied for leave as a general migrant in 2010 and given leave until 2014
4. i got married in 2013
5. i got a spouse visa in july 2014 until sept 2016
6. In around June 2016 my (ex) wife told the HO the marriage had broken down ( i had not told them)
7. In July, I applied 2016 on the basis of family/private life
8. The HO informed me on July (4 days after i applied for a visa on the basis of family/private life) that my stay was curtailed by end of August 2016
9. In early december 2016 , i applied for ILR under the 10 year route
10. I have not yet heard back
11. I also have a 1 year old child whom i have been allowed supervised contact (i haven't seen the child for over 12 months) and the divorce has been completed.
additional factors
1. I provided an invoice for someone (a friend) as a Director of a company to the home office supporting his visa application (someone told the HO)
2. My wife has accused me of a fraudulent marriage (to get a visa) and informed the HO
3. My wife issued a non molestation order against me for domestic violence which was changed to an undertaking
4. Someone has told the HO of a number of transactions entering into my bank account which makes it look i was earning more than i should have been
My basic question is : what are the chances of getting 10 year ILR under the current climate.
Please , please this is a bit desperate and i need any answer on this ? I havent heard anything yet . what are the HO planning ?
thanks
