Travelling to Schengen Countries with a Residence work permit

Hi there.

I can't seem to find an answer for this anywhere.
It would be great if somebody could give me an answer.

I have a residence work permit from Montenegro. Montenegro isn't in the EU yet, but will be entering the EU soon.
I am not a EU member. I am a Turkish national so I need a schengen visa to enter any member state.

My question is:

-Can I travel to a schengen state without a schengen visa, because I have a residence work permit?

-If Montenegro becomes a schengen state or EU member state, can I travel to Europe with my residence work
permit, without a schengen visa?

-If I can use my residence work permit in lieu of schengen visa, can I fly to any schengen state directly from an outside country, because I don't have a EU passport, or would I have to fly through Montenegro?
